HELP!!! Dell 24", same??

​ Can someone please tell me if there is any difference between the two 24" monitors on sale? ​

​ I'm from Australia and on the dell australia site one monitor comes in a multimedia pack and the other has an extended 5 year service. Are they the same monitor exactly just with different offers attached to them or is one better than the other? One says it includes s-video in the name and the other doesnt, but when you scroll down the specs you can see they are both the same and both have s-video etc etc. So is there two different 24" monitors for sale on the dell australia website or are they both the same, just in different packages? This would really help me as i want to buy the multimedia pack if they are the same in the next 36 hours to get the 20% off. ​
